The two hardest tests on the road to transformation, are the patience to wait for the right moment, and the courage not to be disappointed with what we encounter.
Nobody is exempt from the trials of life. But we can always find something positive even in the worst of times. We have to accept the fact that some days will be better than others.
Even in times of loss, it is possible to find the strength to keep going. When we experience repeated failures and setbacks, getting through a tough time may seem like a vain attempt. In times like these, you may question almost everything, including the reason for your existence.
But it wasn’t always like this. Think about how you have been through similar moments in the past and how you survived them. So, this too shall pass.
It is going to hurt for a while, but you will eventually get over the pain. What is needed is “time”. A day will come when you will bloom out of the mud you are buried in. The broken pieces of your life will be put back together.
The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow. For every challenge encountered, there lies an opportunity to grow.
Although you are hurting right now, but believe me, what lies ahead is beautiful. You have to believe sooner or later the dark cloud will give way, and the sun will rise. Most importantly, don’t be afraid to start over, it gives you a chance to build something even better.
The good day – bad day cycle keeps running. We have to understand this.

When the night gets dark
And the clouds make a lightening spark ,
Water would nourish us with rain ,
to bring joy and transcend the pain ,
All would happen for us to gain ,
God help us  rebalance again ,
With divine spirit , we remainÂ
Guidance and love , we restore and retain .

Everything rises and fades. It all has a finite existence. Including all of us. I find that inspirational when it comes to living in the Bittersweet. Thanks for this blog.

Through both joy and pain ,
We transcend grow and gain…
Never say that life has ended in vain ,
All that God sends is a blissful rain ,
Dark clouds water the trees and roses ,
So spirit of God would forever remain ,
To restore life and peacefully sustain ,
After stormy weather , in faith , remain ,
that the blue sky would brightly the sun contain , …

Great Post! I remember when I was younger and still sometimes today, I find it difficult to enjoy the good moments for the anticipation of the next low moment. My fave line —–> “The pain you feel today is the strength you feel tomorrow. “

Most people feel that way. They find it difficult to enjoy the happy moments, because they are always in the look out for whatever might steal the happiness and joy.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts, Rida. ❤

Absolutely right!! And the one who will balance both the negative and positive things, will be the winner!! Learn to live in this good and bad cycle, because life has better things in store for you. Great post!

This is one thing that experience really does help with. The more times you go through a bad patch only to have it end and better times return, the easier it is to believe it will happen again.
