“To live is the rarest thing in the world. Most people exist, that is all” – Oscar Wilde
Our minds are busy places and we think about a lot of things all the time from our finance to our health to our work and relationships.
We are taught about our five senses from childhood: sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing. Even from a young age, we know how to “use our senses” to investigate the world around us.
One of the most important keys to living a great life is to Stay Positive no matter what happens in life. This is especially true if you are seeking to achieve greater success in what you do.

“You were born with the weakness to fall. You were born with the strength to rise” – Rupi Kaur
Ever wonder how strong you are? Ever thought about the inborn strength we all have?
“You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. So, you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future” – Steve Jobs
My dear friend,
When I think of you, you make me smile. I am full of joy just by the thought of you.
“Peace is the result of retraining your mind to process life as it is, rather than as you think it should be” – Wayne Dyer
Peace of Mind is one of those moments in life that are hard to define, but easy to understand. We all know the feeling. In those moments, there are no worries, fears or stress. In this state, the mind is calm, and you experience a sense of happiness and freedom.
“The purpose of life is a life of purpose” – Robert Byrne
This is a question that some of us often wonder about. Why are we here? What is life all about? Does anything in life hold real significance?
“Worry does not empty tomorrow of its sorrow, it empties today of its strength” – Leo Buscaglia
Worries, doubts, and anxieties are a natural part of life. It is natural to worry about an upcoming job interview, a first date, or an unpaid bill. Wait a minute. Bill? Oh God!
Out with the old and in with the new!
As glasses are raised and fireworks explode into the sky, it is important to recognize the special symbolism that the New Year brings.
Most problems in our lives arise from our thoughts, words and actions. No matter who we are or what we think about ourselves, these three shape our lives and destinies.
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it” – Rumi
Most of us are so busy waiting for someone to love us that we have forgotten about the one person we need to love first – ourselves.
It is very easy for us to yield when the situation isn’t in our favour. But we must hold on and not give in to the situation.
Sometimes we lose sight of what’s really important in life. We get wrapped up in our work and let everything else suffer. The people we care about most are the ones who are forgotten.
“Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us or we find it not” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Beauty of life differs from person to person. For some people, the beauty lies in the accomplishment of their goals. For others, being loved and cherished by their loved ones makes life beautiful. Some have devote their life to raising the life of others.
Crossroads simply means a decision point; a turning point or opportunity to change direction, course, or goal. It is a place of decision, that will affect the course of one’s life.
In today’s rush, we all think too much, seek too much, want too much and forget about the joy of just being” – Eckhart Tolle
Living intentionally is an art. We can learn to create a life we love; a life that is full of peace and true joy.

Sometimes, you may think:
What’s the point in living, when you feel unloved, unwanted, and you think you’re a burden to yourself, and those around you?
Some people lack joy for no good reason. Unhappiness can pop up in different, hidden, unsuspecting forms.
Here are some reasons you may be unhappy, and suggestions on how to combat them:
Most of the time, when we get upset with what is happening in our life, especially when things don’t go as planned, we begin to lose faith in ourselves, forgetting that what is lying around the corner, might be the best for us, even if it doesn’t seem that way. You just have to trust in the process.
When you have to deal with negative, unexpected change, it does get scary.
Because there is always something to lose, or something to let go. Things can’t always remain the same. You should have this in mind. We need to learn to accept change. Some people do handle, or appear to handle change better than others.

Escaping Depression through Art
Many people tend to express their emotions through different kinds of art. I have a difficulty to find the right words many times, while I can easily take some pictures.
The most important life lesson we will ever learn, will be from the bad decisions we make. However, those bad decisions present us with the perfect opportunity to improve ourselves.
Each time I look at you, I realize my love for you grows deeper, and richer. You are like a spring of fresh water in a dry land.
The two hardest tests on the road to transformation, are the patience to wait for the right moment, and the courage not to be disappointed with what we encounter.
Everyone hides their feelings every now and again, especially when we are feeling sad. Hiding or suppressing your emotions is not good for your mind and body.
Being a great friend to someone, and having friends who care about you, love and support you, is vital for your personal growth, and good for your wellbeing. The better the quality of your relationships, the more likely you are to be happy.
We do not see things ‘the way they are‘, we see things ‘the way we are‘.
Most people put too much pressure on themselves, in relation to the future, when all that truly matters most is the ‘NOW.’
A toxic behaviour is one that is harmful. I wrote about it HERE. Many people who exhibit toxic traits are oblivious to their own behaviours.
In today’s world, a large part of the society expects people to be flawless creatures. There is so much pressure, and people are trying so hard to appear perfect. This has led to so many people becoming even more anxious, stressed, and unhappy with their lives.
What time is it?
The advent of time-telling devices allowed us to measure time accurately. We set alarms and wear watches on our wrists. We can’t deny the dominance of time over our lives. We go in circles, trying to chase the hands of the clock.
Dear White Rose Maria,
You said your heart is sticky, and so it tends to glue those dear to you, firmly. But then, when they walked away, they ripped it off; opened.
“Words are free. It is how you use them that may cost you.” – Kushand Wizdom
Words are the most powerful force available to mankind, and we can choose to use this force constructively, because a life can be changed forever, with as little as a single phrase.
The darkest nights are when the stars shine brighter.
Almost everyone has faced difficulty we know nothing about. Pain (very unpleasant circumstances) can be a great motivator for people to change. Some people never change until they feel a little pain. Something in their life must be uncomfortable, or unacceptable, before they will consider doing something new, unfamiliar or different.
