Most problems in our lives arise from our thoughts, words and actions. No matter who we are or what we think about ourselves, these three shape our lives and destinies.

Most of us are so busy waiting for someone to love us that we have forgotten about the one person we need to love first – ourselves.
It is very easy for us to yield when the situation isn’t in our favour. But we must hold on and not give in to the situation.
Sometimes we lose sight of what’s really important in life. We get wrapped up in our work and let everything else suffer. The people we care about most are the ones who are forgotten.

Beauty of life differs from person to person. For some people, the beauty lies in the accomplishment of their goals. For others, being loved and cherished by their loved ones makes life beautiful. Some have devote their life to raising the life of others.
Crossroads simply means a decision point; a turning point or opportunity to change direction, course, or goal. It is a place of decision, that will affect the course of one’s life.

What’s the point in living, when you feel unloved, unwanted, and you think you’re a burden to yourself, and those around you?
Some people lack joy for no good reason. Unhappiness can pop up in different, hidden, unsuspecting forms.
Here are some reasons you may be unhappy, and suggestions on how to combat them:
Most of the time, when we get upset with what is happening in our life, especially when things don’t go as planned, we begin to lose faith in ourselves, forgetting that what is lying around the corner, might be the best for us, even if it doesn’t seem that way. You just have to trust in the process.
When you have to deal with negative, unexpected change, it does get scary.
Because there is always something to lose, or something to let go. Things can’t always remain the same. You should have this in mind. We need to learn to accept change. Some people do handle, or appear to handle change better than others.

Many people tend to express their emotions through different kinds of art. I have a difficulty to find the right words many times, while I can easily take some pictures.

What time is it?
The advent of time-telling devices allowed us to measure time accurately. We set alarms and wear watches on our wrists. We can’t deny the dominance of time over our lives. We go in circles, trying to chase the hands of the clock.

Words are the most powerful force available to mankind, and we can choose to use this force constructively, because a life can be changed forever, with as little as a single phrase.

Almost everyone has faced difficulty we know nothing about. Pain (very unpleasant circumstances) can be a great motivator for people to change. Some people never change until they feel a little pain. Something in their life must be uncomfortable, or unacceptable, before they will consider doing something new, unfamiliar or different.
It doesn’t matter how large or small, make an effort to appreciate the things you have accomplished. It shouldn’t end with simply crossing it out from your to-do list.
Thinking outside-the-box, is a concept that involves thinking creatively, innovatively, and freely, and may sometimes oppose the status quo. This can help, when you are struggling to produce new or fresh ideas.
When we feel darkness all around, when things go worse, and nothing seems to work for us, there is one thing that keep us going; HOPE.

Occasionally, we have doubts about ourselves. These doubts are capable of affecting every facet of our lives, including our health. Low self-esteem leave you feeling sad and insecure.
We all grow up in different situations. Some grow up in toxic environments, while others grow up in healthy situations. Regardless of your experience growing up, no matter how sweet or bitter, there comes a point in your life, when you will decide how you will respond to circumstances/challenges.
This is a simple question, but very difficult to answer. Love is one of the profound emotions we experience as humans. It is one of the most beautiful things in life.
