Sometimes we lose sight of what’s really important in life. We get wrapped up in our work and let everything else suffer. The people we care about most are the ones who are forgotten.
“Though we travel the world over to find the beautiful, we must carry it with us or we find it not” – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Beauty of life differs from person to person. For some people, the beauty lies in the accomplishment of their goals. For others, being loved and cherished by their loved ones makes life beautiful. Some have devote their life to raising the life of others.

In today’s rush, we all think too much, seek too much, want too much and forget about the joy of just being” – Eckhart Tolle
Living intentionally is an art. We can learn to create a life we love; a life that is full of peace and true joy.

Sometimes, you may think:
What’s the point in living, when you feel unloved, unwanted, and you think you’re a burden to yourself, and those around you?
Some people lack joy for no good reason. Unhappiness can pop up in different, hidden, unsuspecting forms.
Here are some reasons you may be unhappy, and suggestions on how to combat them:
Most of the time, when we get upset with what is happening in our life, especially when things don’t go as planned, we begin to lose faith in ourselves, forgetting that what is lying around the corner, might be the best for us, even if it doesn’t seem that way. You just have to trust in the process.
When you have to deal with negative, unexpected change, it does get scary.
Because there is always something to lose, or something to let go. Things can’t always remain the same. You should have this in mind. We need to learn to accept change. Some people do handle, or appear to handle change better than others.

Escaping Depression through Art
Many people tend to express their emotions through different kinds of art. I have a difficulty to find the right words many times, while I can easily take some pictures.
The most important life lesson we will ever learn, will be from the bad decisions we make. However, those bad decisions present us with the perfect opportunity to improve ourselves.
The two hardest tests on the road to transformation, are the patience to wait for the right moment, and the courage not to be disappointed with what we encounter.
Everyone hides their feelings every now and again, especially when we are feeling sad. Hiding or suppressing your emotions is not good for your mind and body.
Being a great friend to someone, and having friends who care about you, love and support you, is vital for your personal growth, and good for your wellbeing. The better the quality of your relationships, the more likely you are to be happy.
We do not see things ‘the way they are‘, we see things ‘the way we are‘.
Most people put too much pressure on themselves, in relation to the future, when all that truly matters most is the ‘NOW.’
A toxic behaviour is one that is harmful. I wrote about it HERE. Many people who exhibit toxic traits are oblivious to their own behaviours.
In today’s world, a large part of the society expects people to be flawless creatures. There is so much pressure, and people are trying so hard to appear perfect. This has led to so many people becoming even more anxious, stressed, and unhappy with their lives.
What time is it?
The advent of time-telling devices allowed us to measure time accurately. We set alarms and wear watches on our wrists. We can’t deny the dominance of time over our lives. We go in circles, trying to chase the hands of the clock.
Dear White Rose Maria,
You said your heart is sticky, and so it tends to glue those dear to you, firmly. But then, when they walked away, they ripped it off; opened.
“Words are free. It is how you use them that may cost you.” – Kushand Wizdom
Words are the most powerful force available to mankind, and we can choose to use this force constructively, because a life can be changed forever, with as little as a single phrase.
The darkest nights are when the stars shine brighter.
Almost everyone has faced difficulty we know nothing about. Pain (very unpleasant circumstances) can be a great motivator for people to change. Some people never change until they feel a little pain. Something in their life must be uncomfortable, or unacceptable, before they will consider doing something new, unfamiliar or different.
It doesn’t matter how large or small, make an effort to appreciate the things you have accomplished. It shouldn’t end with simply crossing it out from your to-do list.
Thinking outside-the-box, is a concept that involves thinking creatively, innovatively, and freely, and may sometimes oppose the status quo. This can help, when you are struggling to produce new or fresh ideas.
When we feel darkness all around, when things go worse, and nothing seems to work for us, there is one thing that keep us going; HOPE.
“Everything has beauty, but not everyone sees it” – Confucius
There is an unbelievable amount of beauty in our everyday lives, and the things around us, even in stuff you probably wouldn’t give a second glance.
Is that normal?
The concept of ‘normal,’ and what counts as ‘normal behaviour,’ has long been of interest to sociologists. Sociologists have very different approaches to answering the basic, but fundamental question, ‘what is normal‘?
“Winning isn’t getting ahead of others. It is getting ahead of yourself” – Roger Staubach
Are some people born blessed, destined to be winners, whereas others are born, destined to stay as losers, no matter how hard they try? Continue reading “Is everybody born a winner?”
Occasionally, we have doubts about ourselves. These doubts are capable of affecting every facet of our lives, including our health. Low self-esteem leave you feeling sad and insecure.
We all grow up in different situations. Some grow up in toxic environments, while others grow up in healthy situations. Regardless of your experience growing up, no matter how sweet or bitter, there comes a point in your life, when you will decide how you will respond to circumstances/challenges.
This is a simple question, but very difficult to answer. Love is one of the profound emotions we experience as humans. It is one of the most beautiful things in life.
Paradise lures from afar.
I discovered a garden, where the lilies and chrysanthemums flutter. A place where I can quench the thirst of my soul, and rest from the noonday sun. I am safely cocooned in this wonderful dwelling.
Most people have this twisted idea that they don’t deserve or are not worthy of happiness. They may have guilt about their past, and feel they should be punished severely.
The Millennial Generation- Those born between 1981 and 1996 (ages 23 to 38 in 2019).
The millennial generation is one of the most criticized generation. But I think they need more than just rebukes and criticisms. They need guidance.
There is a voice inside of you that whispers all day long…
The inner voice suggest something very personal, that is familiar to everyone of us. It is something more refine, unlike the unimportant talk we experience almost on a daily basis.
