Change is inevitable

When you have to deal with negative, unexpected change, it does get scary.

How?

Because there is always something to lose, or something to let go. Things can’t always remain the same. You should have this in mind. We need to learn to accept change. Some people do handle, or appear to handle change better than others.

Life is ever changing, and most times, we have no idea where life is taking us. It is understandable to feel overwhelmed by change. We all have certain expectations of how we would like for things to turn out.

Life can put us in any situation, at any time, and things like losing the people we love, and the things we love, can be devastating.

The history of the world is defined by continual change. Rarely do things or situations remain exactly the same indefinitely. Every thing in life is subject to change.

One thing we must realise, is that change is an integral part of life. It is part of our existence. It is inbuilt. We can’t avoid it. Change becomes easier to handle, when you have a positive outlook about it.

The future may be different after serious life changes, but it doesn’t have to be grim. Life has its terms also, and whether we like it or not, change is one of them.

Be it good or bad, change requires an adjustment of some kind. This takes time and energy. If the demands are too great, it can drain you, and create stress. Nevertheless, life goes on. With time, we will all adjust to things, because time is the only thing that heals all wounds. Life after this change may not be the same, but it can still be rewarding and self-fulfilling.
