Your entire life is lived through your relationship with yourself. It is the most defining factor in shaping the kind of life you live.
The less you love/understand yourself, the more confused and frustrating your life will be. But the more you show acceptance and gratitude for the gift of life, things will become better in every way possible.
No one is without flaws, and we do exhibit negative emotions sometimes, but you need to learn to love yourself,
in a way that only you can.
Have you ever been a victim of crime or betrayal?
If so, then you must know how painful the hurt can be, and how it can turn your entire life upside down.
But is forgiveness an easy thing to do?
It takes time to get rid of the pain, rage, hurt, bitterness. But forgiving someone who has offended you can be good for your mental health. It will help you stop thinking about the suffering you went through in the past.
I know it is easier said than done, but let it go…
“Don’t wait for people to be friendly. Show them how.” ~Unknown
People all over the world are looking for someone they can relate with; someone who is willing to care for them, and give them a listening ear.
Sometimes, we get drowned in our personal problems, and forget the neighbour next door has gone missing.
You can always find at least one good thing someone has done for you.
When your friend regularly call to check on you, due to that health issue you had. When that stranger helped you with your luggage.
In spite of our trials and tribulations, we should always try our possible best to look out for one another. Let your kind acts be a reminder to someone that there are still good people in the world.
Harm No One
It takes a good heart, courage and love to keep true to your kind nature.
There are always two choices in life, and it is either good or bad, right or wrong, this way or that way.
We often make the wrong choices, even though we know the right one. There are consequences to life’s choices, so you must choose wisely.
Humans need to be mindful of their thoughts, words and actions. Do your best to harm no one with any of the aforementioned.
Don’t kill, destroy or abuse anyone intentionally.
There is a thin line between good and evil, and it doesn’t take much for that line to be crossed.
Negative situations occur most of the time. But how can we fight its effects on our life?
Positive thinking helps us to remain stable, even in the midst of trials. Therefore, we are able to enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
Showing gratitude or giving thanks help a lot in this aspect of living a happier life.
Even in the worst of times, most of us realize that we still have things in our lives for which we are grateful.
Sometimes, it can be hard to stay positive in life, especially when you’re drowning in the waters of self-pity and misery.
It is important to accept the change in your life, and find a solution to your problem(s). Find someone trustworthy who you could talk to about your worries; someone who understand what you are going through.
Believe me, it is never too late to live a positive and happy life.
